Book-signing with Dorothy Kalins at Canal House Station

You are invited to meet Saveur and Metropolitan Home founding editor Dorothy Kalins, with bubbles and a snack courtesy of The Canal House Restaurant. Ms. Kalins will be signing her wonderful new book, “The Kitchen Whisperers.”

Dorothy Kalins has befriended and learned from the world’s greatest chefs in her career as a food editor. In her new book, “The Kitchen Whisperers,” she honors those chefs, and they share their culinary wisdom and their favorite recipes. This event is free and open to the public. It takes place at Canal House Station, 2 Bridge Street, Milford, NJ. The Canal House asks that you register here so they know how much bubbly to pour!
